Service Description

Our veteran specific program incorporates the Groundwork program to address issues of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder since trauma is stored in sensory memories and difficult to address with talk therapy alone. This is a 12-week program offered in the spring and again in the fall and participants can continue to the next 12-week option if desired. Research completed in 2019 with this model showed a significant reduction in PTSD symptoms even after the initial 12 weeks.
